We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours, although sometimes it may take up to 72 hours. Once your order is dispatched, it will be handed over to the carrier, and you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days (subject to variations due to periods, promotions, and the transportation service).

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have any inquiries or need advice, you can contact us by email. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to return it to us if the product has not been opened. For reasons of hygiene and health, we do not accept returns of cosmetic items. Simply send us an email, and upon receipt of your order, we will issue a 100% refund. If you return the package to the sender (address of our warehouse) on your own, it will not be accepted, and we will not be able to provide a refund.
